    Blackforest Cherry Pudding
    Ingredients
       1 tablespoon + 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
       2 tablespoons + 1/2 cup castor sugar
       6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
       11/4 cups fresh milk
       3 eggs,separated
       11/2 cups canned black cherries,drained a pinch of salt
     
       powdered sugar for dusting
    Method
        1.Grease a souffle dish with 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons castor sugar.
       2.Melt the remaining 4 tablespoons butter and fry the flour.Add the remaining sugar and milk.Whisk quickly until well mixed and boil  for 3 to 5 minutes.
       3.In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks.Add to the butter mixture and stir in cherries.
       4.In another bowl,whisk the egg whites and salt until stiff.Fold into the batter.Pour into the greased dish and bake at 180`C/360`F for 40 minutes.
       Dust with powdered sugar.

      1又四分之一杯新鲜牛奶
      3 个蛋,蛋清和蛋黄分开
      1又二分之一杯罐装黑樱桃,加少量盐使之脱水变干
      糖霜少许
    制作方法
      1.将1 大汤匙黄油在蛋奶酥盘底抹匀,再洒2 大汤匙白砂糖
      2.溶化剩下的4 大汤匙黄油,拌入面粉用油煎。加入剩余的糖和牛奶。快速搅拌均匀后煮沸3 到5 分钟
      3.在容器里将蛋黄充分搅拌并加入混合好的黄油及黑樱桃
      4.在另一个容器里将蛋清打至粘稠,拌入面糊。倒在抹好油的盘子里,在摄氏180/华氏360温度下烘烤40 分钟,撒上糖霜即完成
